The Solution
We developed a chatbot to provide
personalized cleaning services for customers and support selecting dates and
times for booking a service. Besides, customers can review the services and
give feedback so the company can improve service quality.
The chatbot was designed to engage with existing and new
cleaning services guests. They can also get more information from the bot, like
Menus, Opening Hours, Locations, Directions, and more. This chatbot can also
qualify and generate leads, collect user information, and more.
