This charming hotel is situated right on the Sevan lakeshore and offers beautiful water, birds, and mountain views. It is one of the well-known touristic destinations of the Gegharkunik region of RA.

The Solution
We developed a chatbot to:
∴ Deliver a personalized answer promptly. It can answer frequently asked questions and handle concierge services and housekeeping requests. It can suggest customized experiences based on the customer’s data (country of origin, gender, age, visit purpose).
∴ Crawl social media, review platforms, and other outlets to look for comments about the business. After the information is automatically analyzed and improvement initiatives are proposed․ Much attention is paid to analyzing strongly drawn positive and negative comments and associating them with the incident, place, type of service, and responsible personnel.
